Acting nude not a crime – Film maker, Krissyjoh Chris defends Peace Francis – [PHOTOS]

Nollywood film maker, Krissyjoh Chris has defended the actress, Peace Maria Francis, who exposed her breasts in an epic movie in which she featured.
DAILY POST recalls that in the epic movie, the actress who hails from Akwa Ibom state appeared in different scenes flaunting her bare breasts.
The actress, a few weeks after the completion of the shoot, came under criticism from the public following her ‘nude’ pictures which surfaced online. She however defended herself by saying she was ‘just being professional.’
“It is all because I wanted to use it to tell the real story of what happened back then in our country, Nigeria,” she had explained.
Concerned folks lambasted her, tagging her ‘prostitute’, ‘shameless hustler’.
However, defending the actress, Chris took to his Facebook page to clarify that “Nudity in movie is not a crime. Yes, it’s true. The actress, Maria Francis is not a prostitute, thank God she has now opened up, before she was afraid.
Peace Francis1“I gave her the courage to come out from her hidden pit, I’m so happy that Nigerians have heard it all from the horse’s mouth.
“She didn’t do it for money or fame, this is the same reply I replied the journalists.
“Some say they have slept with her and almost all the girls who acted nude in the epic film.
“No crime in trying to bring back the ancient tradition where women dress without covering their breasts in public,” the director added.
