Nollywood actress, Toyin Aimakhu‘s ex-boyfriend, Seun Egbegbe has reportedly signed an undertaking not to threaten the Edo State-born actress.
The popular socialite and Ebony Films boss, who took to Instagram yesterday to tender an apology to the Alakada actress, according to reports, was arrested, detained and later released on bail two weeks ago because of his threats towards her.
Seun, who had made some disparaging comments concerning Aimakhu and threatened to deal with any producer who offers the actress any job, we gathered was summoned by the Lagos State Police command when Toyin Aimakhu arrived in Nigeria.
Aimakhu, who reportedly went to the station in company of her lawyer, Bosun Osifowora stated that Seun Egbegbe’s threats have affected her business, with colleagues and producers afraid of inviting her for movie shoots because they are aware of his violent nature.
While at the Commissioner of Police’s office, Seun, we learnt withdrew his threat, prostrated and signed an undertaking to never to hurt or disturb Toyin whether privately or in company of people.
He also reportedly undertook to make a new video to that effect with Goldmine TV,where the initial threat video which went viral was broadcast, and also to report fortnightly at the CP’s office in Ikeja and he has also been placed under watch.
All efforts made to reach Seun Egbegbe for his side of the story were unsuccessful.
